I'm Jenny Eden Berk, Certified Eating Psychology Coach, Culinary Nutritionist, and author of the bestselling book "The Body Image Blueprint."

My approach merges cutting-edge neuroscience with compassionate support to help sensitive, thoughtful women end their struggle with food.

After earning my master's in psychology and education from the University of Pennsylvania, I went on to specialize in Eating Psychology, Mindful Eating, and Culinary Nutrition.

But my most valuable education came through my own journey from food fear and body-blame to a peaceful, nourishing relationship with eating.
