About Jenny

In a culture obsessed with food and the "ideal" body image, Jenny offers men and women the chance to experience body love, pleasure with food again, greater self-esteem and total acceptance of self. Her work focuses on healing our often fraught relationship with our bodies and with tuning into intrinsic wisdom to learn how to nourish ourselves naturally and joyfully. Jenny’s own journey of body-blame and food fear led her on a path of healing that inspired her to write her #1 best-selling book and Foreward Review finalist, The Body Image Blueprint. She earned her Masters in Psychology and Education from the University of Pennsylvania and later went on to receive her certificate in Eating Psychology Coaching and Mindful Eating. She resides in Boston with her husband, 3 spirited daughters and 2 kittens.


The Step-by-Step Process

STEP 1:

  • Fill out an application to work with me.

  • I’ll follow up to schedule our free “Eating exploration call” to see if we’re a good fit and answer any questions you have.

  • If we both agree to move forward, I’ll send you a formal proposal for coaching, payment information and we’ll be off to the races!

STEP 2:

  • You’ll receive a welcome packet from me which includes some additional resources, our coaching contract and access to your own individual online classroom portal.

  • We’ll build out an initial action plan based on the package you choose and we’ll build out our regular session schedule.

STEP 3:

  • Coaching commences!

  • We’ll meet weekly for 55-minutes where all the magic will happen.

  • You’ll have access to me during the week via text, voxer or email to answer your questions, allay any concerns that arise or just to relish and celebrate your wins with you!

EMBODIMENT AND BODY-REVERENCE PACKAGE

Embodiment is the KEY to Eating and Body Empowerment.  We live in a distracted, frenetic place in our minds, always on the go and ready to over-analyze everything and create narratives in our heads.  What if we were to "think" with our whole bodies and dropped squarely into the physical space rather than just in our brains? This method is game-changing in our quest for wisdom, nourishment, contentment and body-reverence, not to mention finding a healthy relationship with food.  

Together we’ll explore the 4-realms of body image healing based on the best-selling book The Body Image Blueprint

  • Week 1 - Dietary realm

  • Week 2 - Physical Realm

  • Week 3 - Embodiment realm

  • Week 4 - Social and community realm

Followed by 8 additional weekly sessions designed to build upon and grow from the realms.
