You diet. You lose weight. You gain it back. You diet. You lose weight. You gain it back.
It’s estimated that over 100,000,000 Americans diet each year. Yet, 97% of Women continue to be completely dissatisfied with their bodies. This never-ending weight cycling is soul-crushing for your body, your metabolism AND for your psyche.
The same old tweaking of calories-in and calories-out clearly doesn’t work. The ever-changing management of the carb-protein-fat trio doesn’t work, either. I have developed a method that does work.
Armed with a Masters of Science in Education and Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania, bolstered by over 14 years as a professional health coach and driven by my own personal weight loss and body image struggles, I’ve developed what I call The Empowered Eating™ Method. These are effective, unique and proven techniques to help you stop binge eating, obsessing about food and finding peace in your body and with your food choices.
Here’s how it works:
First, I’ll help you get past the obsession to lose weight and the preoccupation of not accepting your body the way it is. This obsession and preoccupation actually make it almost impossible for your body to relax, to trust you and to clearly communicate its needs to you.
Then, I’ll teach you:
The reasons you have become afraid of food and the consequences to your overall immunity and metabolism.
The way to eat more slowly, to savor the foods you chose for greater fulfillment and yes, even joy!
How to ditch the body loathing and chronic dieting that causes constant stress, creating malaise, metabolic slowdown and systemic inflammation.
How to create a fitness program that you absolutely love – not just for the sole purpose of calorie burn but for the balance and health it brings to your life.
How to prepare a meal plan that fits your individual lifestyle and how to win the battles you wage with food every day.

A Bit More About Jenny Eden Berk
Hi! I'm Jenny Eden Berk
Certified Eating Psychology Coach, Body Image Mentor, Motivational Speaker and #1 best-selling author of the book, The Body Image Blueprint.
I went on my own path of facing food fear and body blame and was able to land in a transcendent place, far away from the food obsession, distrust in my own body and forced willpower that stayed closely by my side for 30 years.
It took me 3 years to heal and create a complete paradigm shift about how I could feel truly empowered around food and marvel in my body, as it is right now. I’ve put together everything I've learned and implemented in both my own life and for my clients into healing 1:1 services, programs and courses.
Here’s what I was able to release…
1. Dieting culture that is predicated on not being enough the way I am
2. Guilt, shame, fear and confusion about how and what I eat
3. Scarcity mindset around food
4. Bullying my body instead of working with it to get what I want and feel how I wanted to feel.
I’ve taken my 15 years as a health and wellness coach, mindful eating instructor, body image mentor and eating psychology coach as well as the therapeutic models of healing I learned while getting my masters from The University of Pennsylvania to create a program around eating empowerment that not only healed my own relationship with food but also helped the hundreds of clients I have worked with over the years.
In a culture obsessed with food and the "ideal" body image, Jenny offers men and women the chance to experience body love, pleasure with food again, greater self-esteem and total acceptance of self. Her work focuses on healing our often fraught relationship with our bodies and with tuning into intrinsic wisdom to learn how to nourish ourselves naturally and joyfully. Jenny’s own journey of body-blame and food fear led her on a path of healing that inspired her to write her #1 best-selling book and Foreward Review finalist, The Body Image Blueprint. She earned her masters in psychology and education from the university of Pennsylvania and later went on to receive her certificate in Eating Psychology Coaching and Mindful Eating. She resides in Boston with her husband, 3 spirited daughters and 2 kittens.
