Hi! I'm Jenny Eden Berk

Certified Eating Psychology Coach, Body Image Mentor, Motivational Speaker and #1 best-selling author of the book, The Body Image Blueprint.  

I went on my own path of facing food fear and body blame and was able to land in a transcendent place, far away from the food obsession, distrust in my own body and forced willpower that stayed closely by my side for 30 years.  

 It took me 3 years to heal and create a complete paradigm shift about how I could feel truly empowered around food and marvel in my body, as it is right now. I’ve put together everything I've learned and implemented in both my own life and for my clients into healing 1:1 services, programs and courses.
