Done with dieting.
But, still thinking about food all the time?
Many smart, self-aware women find that food still takes up far more mental space than they'd like, even after years of personal growth work. Just One More Bite is a practice space for building a nourishing, intentional relationship with eating. One that starts from the inside out.

The real problem
Food noise did not come from nowhere.
It is the accumulated static of every diet, every rule, every time you were taught that your body's signals could not be trusted.
For many of us, years of diets and food rules did not just fail. They quietly eroded something more fundamental: the ability to trust what our own bodies are telling us. The result is not a lack of discipline. It is a loud, exhausting mental background track that runs almost constantly.
Recognise any of these?
"For the first time in years, I am not mentally negotiating with food all day. I did not realize how much space that was taking up until it started to quiet down."

The reframe
You are not failing intuitive eating.
You were never taught how to practice it.
There is a crucial difference between understanding something and experiencing it. You can read every book about food freedom and still feel chaotic at dinner. The nervous system was trained over decades, and it takes practice โ slow, gentle, and supported, to retrain it. That is what this community was built to offer.
About Jenny
This is not something I fixed overnight.
It is something I practiced my way into.
I am Jenny Eden Berk, eating psychology coach, culinary nutritionist, and author of The Body Image Blueprint. I have a Master's in Psychology and Education from Penn, and I have spent years working with women who are smart, self-aware, and genuinely baffled that food is still so complicated.
Being educated and savvy does not protect you from food noise. If anything, it can make it louder. You know better, so why don't you feel better?
I found my way to a nourishing, intentional relationship with eating not through more information, but through paying attention differently: to flavor, hunger, satisfaction, the actual sensory experience of eating. The mental noise around food settled gradually. I built this community so others can do the same work, together.
How the membership works
One membership. Two platforms working together.
55 private podcast episodes organized into a seven-arc curriculum on the psychology, neuroscience, and sensory experience of eating. Two new episodes every month. Start wherever you are right now. A complete listening guide is included.
Weekly prompts, monthly open threads, and a short personal voice note from me each month. Quarterly Mindful Lounge on Zoom โ small-group conversation, not a webinar. Replays included. When you're ready, courses, challenges, and coaching live here too.
What's inside
A practice space, not a content library
Everything here is designed to help you actually experience eating differently โ not just understand it better.
A private audio library organized into seven arcs: from sensory awareness and emotional intelligence with food to unlearning diet culture and contextual mastery. Two new episodes every month.
Four times a year, we gather live to reflect, ask questions, and connect. A real conversation, not a webinar. All replays are in the library.
The more personal pieces: observations, stories, and reflections too intimate for the public newsletter but exactly right for this space.
Weekly journal prompts, monthly open conversation threads, and a short voice note from me every month. A small community where the conversation actually goes somewhere.
A full library of weekly and monthly meal plans designed to reduce decision fatigue and bring more ease to the practical side of eating.
When you're ready to go deeper: 1:1 coaching, group programs, or courses โ members receive 20% off all services and offerings.
The curriculum
55 value-packed episodes.
Each one built to actually move the needle.
Every episode includes a research-backed practice designed to create real, lasting change in how you experience eating. Organized into seven arcs that build on each other. A complete listening guide is included so you always know exactly where to start.
You left diet culture.
But, you have not quite arrived anywhere yet.
That in-between place โ done with the rules, not yet at ease with food, can feel strangely isolating. Most spaces online are still on the diet side. This one is not.
Just One More Bite is the bridge.
