Extension coaching is available. Many HSPs find four weeks of intensive work creates lasting change. You'll know by week four what feels right for you.
Sessions are scheduled once per week over four consecutive weeks. You attend all four. If you need to pause before starting, we can reschedule. Once started, the intensity requires showing up for all four weeks.
