Let's face it: we all know we should be eating more fruits and vegetables.

We've heard it time and time again—from the "5 a day" mantra to the "eat the rainbow" campaign.

But despite our best intentions, actually getting those plant foods onto our plates consistently can be a real challenge.

That's where the 30 in 7 Plant Powered Challenge comes in. 👇🏼

 

How the Challenge Works:

Participating in the 30 in 7 Plant Powered Challenge is easy and fun! Simply commit to eating 4-5 different types of plants per day for seven consecutive days. From crunchy veggies to juicy fruits to hearty legumes, the possibilities are endless when it comes to incorporating plant foods into your meals and snacks. Get creative in the kitchen, explore new recipes, and experiment with different flavors and textures—it's all part of the adventure.

We will use a shared Google sheet for accountability.

Every person who completes the challenge will receive my course, Replenish worth $287.

We will pick 2 winners from that group to win the grand price of a 45-minute Meal Planning Strategy Session with me!


The Challenge will run from Sunday March 17th-Sunday March 24th.
